THE OPPORTUNITY

Salary: 103,989 per annum pro rata + 11% super + annual leave loading.
Time Fraction: 2 part-time positions available, 0.8 EFT & 0.6 EFT.             
Location: Bourke Street campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Appointments to 31 December 2024.

In this role, you'll be responsible for guiding students through their learning journey, from initial inquiries to addressing their educational requirements. Utilising various teaching and assessment methods, you'll guide the learning process, spearhead resource development, nurture industry connections, and work closely with our team.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor of Nursing & Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (40122 or equivalent predecessor or successor qualifications) + be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Vocational and Higher Education sector and VET policies.
  • Current & extensive industry expertise, particularly in technology and educational practices.
  • Proficiency in contemporary teaching methods and promoting independent learning.
  • Experience in innovative program design, flexible learning, and ICT utilisation.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills essential for effective teaching.
  • Ability to function autonomously, work independently and/or coordinate work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
