THE OPPORTUNITY

Salary: $74,742 to $80,407 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.             
Location: Chadstone campus, onsite parking.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Police Check.
Employment Type: Ongoing contract of employment, with a 6-month qualifying period.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Employment and Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping the recruitment landscape at Holmesglen. You will:

  • Provide strategic advice to hiring managers on contemporary recruitment methodologies, including merit-based assessment and structured interview techniques.
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment services, ensuring each stage is guided by fairness, compliance, and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Develop data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Coach and build capability within hiring teams, ensuring they are equipped to conduct unbiased, skills-based interviews.
  • Utilise advanced sourcing techniques to attract diverse, high-quality candidates and establish talent pipelines.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional who:

  • Has expertise in merit-based selection, structured interviews, and competency-based assessments.
  • Can provide workforce planning and talent acquisition advice to stakeholders.
  • Has strong stakeholder engagement skills to foster collaboration and improve the candidate experience.
  • Is skilled in HR and e-recruitment platforms, ensuring compliance and efficiency in hiring processes.
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Has a passion for working with stakeholders to deliver optimal recruitment solutions!
