Working within the Registrars Department, the successful incumbent will be responsible for providing high level administrative services to both students and staff of the Institute in a busy customer service environment.

To be successful you will have the following:

  • Experience in dealing with customers in a customer contact environment.
  • Broad knowledge of administrative processes in an office environment.
  • Problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

Salary: $46,977 p.a. to $51,912 p.a. pro rata (depending upon qualifications and experience) + 9.5% superannuation + annual leave loading.
Time Fraction: 1.0 EFT.
Location: Bourke Street, Melbourne.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Working with Children Check.
Position Status: Contract of Employment to 31 December 2019.
