Working within the Quality, Policy and Curriculum area, the Compliance Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating planned audits with internal auditors and various external audits and will provide high level reports on findings.  The position will work with Departments to plan, prepare and implement management action plans following internal audits. 

Additionally, the role will conduct investigations into, and monitor various areas of risk of non-compliance with legislative requirements, recommend corrective actions and monitor and report on progress. 

The position will suit a candidate with excellent knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations and Skills First Funding contract requirements and the ability to interpret what these mean in practice.  You will have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and demonstrated experience in conducting reviews, managing audits and preparing satisfactory close outs.

Salary: $84,310 p.a. to $92,862 p.a. pro rata (range dependent on qualifications & experience) plus 9.5% superannuation plus leave loading
Time Fraction:  Part time, 0.8 EFT.       
Location: Chadstone campus.
Position Status:  Ongoing Contract of Employment, with a 6 month qualifying period.
