The Vocational College at Holmesglen provides a progressive, innovative and supportive teaching environment with strong industry links. The department is currently seeking suitably qualified, enthusiastic individuals to deliver classes to students enrolled in Vocational College at our Moorabbin and Waverley Campuses.

We are seeking teachers who possesses the following:

• Demonstrated experience teaching VCAL programs or/and Certificate 1 in General Education for Adults
• High level of oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• A current Police Check

Qualifications:

• Relevant industry qualification (VIT Registration preferred)
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116); or
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) including the units TAELLN411 & TAEASS502 or equivalent units.

Salary: $69,238 to $98,167 p.a. pro rata (range dependent upon qualifications and experience) + 9.5% superannuation and annual leave loading
Time Fraction: Full time & Part time positions available.
Location: Moorabbin and Waverley Campus
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Working with Children Check

Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Ongoing appointment, with a qualifying period
