Working within the Faculty of Business, Design and Information Technology this position will provide friendly front line assistance, support and information to existing and prospective students and clients.  In addition, the role will effectively promote the Faculty both internally and externally. 

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suit of programs, in particular MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and One Drive. They will also be proficient in working with data management systems, in particular those used in educational environments including Student Records Management and Data Management, and online web communication applications.

Salary: $55,141 to $59,541 p.a pro rata (dependent upon qualifications and experience) + 10% super + annual leave loading.
Time Fraction: Part Time, 0.8 EFT.
Location: Chadstone Campus
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Working with Children Check.
Position Status: Ongoing appointment with a 6 month qualifying period
