In conjunction with the Manager, Capability, this newly created position will develop, implement, maintain and support professional development and capability strategies, requirements and services to the Institute. The role will also contribute to the development and implementation of the professional development plan and develop, manage and maintain the HR Learning Management System.

The position will suit an experienced HR professional with a proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure. At Holmesglen, we will take care in developing and nurturing your career with professional development and career progression opportunities.

Salary: $75,949 to $81,527 p.a. (range dependent upon qualifications and experience) + 10% superannuation + leave loading
Time Fraction: Full Time.
Location: Chadstone Campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Working with Children Check.
Position Status: Ongoing Contract of Employment, with a 6 month qualifying period.
