Holmesglen’s Property Services Department is seeking to appoint an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance officers and contractors to ensure the buildings, grounds and fittings of the Glen Waverley are adequately maintained.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans and coordinating maintenance contractors for the Waverley campus and International Student houses. 

The role will also assist the Facilities Team Leader to develop, implement and supervise daily maintenance of plants.

In order to be successful, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Diploma in Facilities Management and significant relevant experience
  • A Certificate IV in a relevant building trade
  • Valid Level 2 First Aid Certificate
  • Valid and current driver’s licence

Salary: $61,078 - $66,317 p.a pro rata (dependent upon qualifications and experience) + 10 % super + annual leave loading.
Time Fraction: Full time, 1.0 EFT.
Location: Glen Waverley Campus
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Ongoing Contract of Employment with a 6 month qualifying period
