Reporting to the Enrolment Centre Manager, this new role will be primarily responsible for identifying training needs, developing training resources, and facilitating a customer service and systems training program for customer service representatives across the institute. This role will also be responsible for providing ongoing on the job training and coaching of frontline staff in line with customer service benchmarks.

The ideal candidate will have highly developed communication skills, excellent computer skills, ability to build relationships quickly, a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take a proactive approach to getting the job done. This role will also require travel to all Holmesglen campuses.

Salary $77,468 to $83,158 p.a. pro rata (range dependent on qualifications and experience) plus 10.5 % superannuation plus annual leave loading.
Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT              
Location: Chadstone Campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Working with Children Check.
Position Status: Ongoing Contract of Employment, with a 6-month qualifying period.
