THE OPPORTUNITY

Salary: $57,369 - $61,947 per annum pro rata + 11% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Part Time position, 0.8 EFT available.        
Location: Chadstone Campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Position Status: Ongoing contract of employment, with a 6-month qualifying period.

Holmesglen’s Student Recruitment Centre is seeking applications from Customer Service stars. As a Connect Contact Officer, you will be a first point of contact and provide excellent customer service to all clients on available courses and services to achieve first call resolution. 

You will ensure conversion of course enquiries into enrolments by tailoring course details and information to match the specific requirements of individuals.

You will oversee all inbound phone, email, web-based, and live chat enquiries following Holmesglen’s service level agreements (SLAs). You will proactively guide and engage prospective students in course selection and support for the enrolment process.

ABOUT YOU

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills,
  • Experience demonstrating high level customer service skills by providing courteous, informative and accurate responses to all enquiries.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation with the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality, work cooperatively and flexibly and organise multiple tasks and competing demands
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the MS Office products, internet-based applications and database management software and systems. Knowledge of student administration and systems would be an advantage.
