THE OPPORTUNITY

Salary: $70,973 - $76,352 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading + (dependent on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.  
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: 12-month contract of employment with possibility to extend.

The Apprentice Success department is in search for two motivated individuals to join us in the role of a Customer Service Consultant, where you'll provide essential support to apprentices and employers throughout their apprenticeship journey. This includes understanding and addressing the unique needs and diverse requirements of each apprentice, ensuring a personalised and effective support system.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience with all aspects of office management and administrative operations in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Understanding of business communication, contemporary office management practices and procedures and the latest business and office technology.
  • High level organisational, technological, and administrative skills including the ability to organise tasks to ensure that key service priorities are met.
  • Ability to work independently and/or coordinate work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Diploma of Business Administration or similar tertiary qualification in business, administration or related field, and relevant work experience in the apprenticeship sector.
