THE OPPORTUNITY

Salary: $103,989 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + annual leave loading.
Time Fraction: Part-time 0.8 EFT position.
Location: Moorabbin campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Appointment to 31 December 2025.

In this position, you'll support students throughout their learning journey, from initial inquiries to meeting their educational needs. Using diverse teaching and assessment methods, you’ll facilitate the learning process, lead resource development, cultivate industry connections, and collaborate closely with our team.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor of Nursing & Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (40122 or equivalent predecessor or successor qualifications) + be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Comprehensive and current understanding of the Vocational and Higher Education sector, along with VET policies.
  • Current & extensive industry expertise, particularly in technology and educational practices.
  • Proven knowledge of modern teaching and learning methodologies.
  • Experience in innovative program design, flexible learning, and ICT utilisation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills crucial for effective teaching.
  • Capable of working independently and autonomously, as well as effectively collaborating within a team.
