THE OPPORTUNITY

Salary: $74,742 - $80,407 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.  
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Ongoing contract of appointment with a 6-month qualifying

Holmesglen’s Registrar Department is seeking a Manager – Holmesglen Assist to join their supportive and dedicated team. In this dynamic leadership role, you will be committed to delivering exceptional service to students, staff, and the public. As one of the first points of contact, you will provide professional advice, administrative support, and outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.

Additionally, you will ensure seamless communication across departments and faculties, fostering strong relationships and enhancing overall support and information services at the Institute. If you’re passionate about making a difference in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

ABOUT YOU

  • A degree in business administration or a related field, along with substantial relevant work experience, encompassing a strong understanding of technical and administrative areas and/or various operational aspects.
  • Strong understanding of leadership and management practices, office communications, and contemporary technology, including database management.
  • In-depth knowledge of student management procedures, government regulations, and administrative practices, with a focus on confidentiality.
  • Proven leadership experience in a multi-disciplinary environment, demonstrating high-level customer service and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritizing tasks under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
