ABOUT YOU - Proficiency in automated payroll systems, database management and resolving complex payroll inquiries.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation, award interpretation, enterprise agreements and payroll-related policies.
- Extensive experience managing payroll functions in a large complex organisation.
- Expertise in Payroll/HR Information Management systems, particularly ADP Pay Force National and familiarity with TechOne (highly desirable).
- Advanced numeracy and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and payroll database systems.
- Effective time management, organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate task completion.
- A relevant formal qualification (E.g. Diploma or Bachelor's degree), complemented by substantial relevant work experience.
