THE OPPORTUNITY Salary: $60,416 - $65,237 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience). Time Fraction: Part Time, 0.5 EFT. Location: Chadstone campus - onsite parking, close proximity to public transport. Holmesglen’s Registrars department is looking for a Customer Service enthusiast to join their social and supportive team! As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for finalising student enrolments, assessing student’s eligibility for government funding and/or student HELP loans, delivering excellent customer service, and other administrative tasks in a busy customer service environment. The Registrars department is a supportive, collaborative, inclusive, team environment where you will be given the tools to be successful. All they ask for in return is for the successful candidate to be willing to learn, to be adaptable to any given situation, and join in on group activities with a can-do attitude. ABOUT YOU - Customer service and office administration experience, including document management and diverse communication methods.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a professional approach to all stakeholders.
- Diploma of Business Administration or similar tertiary qualification in business, administration or related field.
- Ability to coordinate workflow, prioritise work tasks effectively and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Skilled in managing challenging service interactions with professionalism, empathy, and effective conflict resolution skills.
