THE OPPORTUNITY

Salary: $70,973 - $76,352 per annum pro rata + 11% super (dependent on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.  
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Position Status: Ongoing Appointment, with a 6-month qualifying period.

Holmesglen provides a progressive, innovative, and supportive teaching environment with strong industry links. The Marketing and Communications department is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our close-knit team and make a real difference through the transformative power of education. This position will act as the main point of contact for new marketing projects particularly with a business-to-business (B2B) focus, develop and execute marketing strategies.

Your role will primarily involve meeting with a range of internal stakeholders, understanding their marketing problem and then devising marketing solutions, in collaboration with the broader marketing team.

We are looking for someone who is a confident go-getter who loves to problem solve and is comfortable managing competing priorities and managing stakeholders.

Experience in both digital and traditional marketing is highly preferable. In this role, you will be devising and executing marketing strategies that have delivered a return on investment.

ABOUT YOU

  • Industry experience working within the vocational/TAFE sector is essential.
  • Extensive B2B campaign development experience.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and extensive work experience in an appropriate field such as marketing, advertising or business development.
  • Knowledge of strategic and functional marketing planning.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing marketing plans.
  • Ability to provide specialist advice and guidance.
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively as part of a team.
